Encourage artistic and creative talents regardless of ethnicity, class, cultural background or disability.

Affordable studio space.

An acessable equipment resourse.

A gallery space for contemporary artists working in any medium

Information resource for new and established artists, alleviating some of the problems working in isolation.

A consortium of qualified art practitioners, able to support workshops and educational projects.

At the end of 2006, Artsite moved to new studio spaces and developed its gallery in Faringdon Road, producing an exhibition programme for the following year. Artsite is in negotiation with The New Swindon Company to develop The London Street Project. This includes extra studio space and a permanent art gallery capable of presenting 3D work, installation as well as graphic and wall-based work. Artsite sees this development as furthering its commitment to education and raising and awareness of the arts, while establishing the basis for the financial development of artists in the town.
